Mr. Dinkins is President and Chief Executive Officer of Dinkins Financial, a consulting firm that helps small businesses gain access to capital. From 2008 until May 2012, he served on the Board of Directors of Integer Holdings Corporation, a medical device manufacturer and developer of high-end batteries for niche applications in medical and energy markets, and subsequently as Senior Vice President and later as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, until his retirement in March 2017.

Prior to his roles at Integer Holdings, Mr. Dinkins held CFO and senior leadership positions at USI Insurance Services, Hilb Rogal & Hobbs Co., Guidant Corporation, and NCR. Mr. Dinkins started his career at General Electric.

Mr. Dinkins served on the Crane Co. board of Directors from 2019 until the separation of the company to form Crane NXT in April 2023. Additionally, Mr. Dinkins serves on the board of Community Health Systems, Inc. and The Shyft Group.

Mr. Dinkins is the Chair of the Audit Committee for Crane NXT.
