Ms. McClain is the President of Year Up, a not-for-profit provider of job training services. Prior to her current role, she was the Chief Operating Officer of Year Up from 2021-2022 and Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2021.

Prior to joining Year Up, Ms. McClain held roles of increasing responsibility with the New York Racing Association from 2011-2013, including President, Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Earlier in her career, she worked for Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc. where she was Vice President of Finance.

Ms. McClain is a director at Crane Company and the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority.

Ms. McClain serves as the Chair of the Management Organization and Compensation Committee for Crane NXT.
