Our History
Crane NXT was formed in 2023 by the separation of Crane Holdings Company into two separate, publicly traded companies: Crane NXT and Crane Company.
Our unique technologies deliver advanced solutions to secure, detect, and authenticate our customers’ most important assets. We are focused on driving growth through continued investment in our businesses and solving our customers most important challenges.
